My own journey started in about June 2019 when I realized that I felt like I’d ‘lost myself’ amongst the craziness of the last 4-5 years while starting our family and taking over my business. As mothers we put everything into raising our children (it really never stops – it’s a 24/7 gig), and put everyone before ourselves = we end up coming last. And when you run out of energy/steam, or time in your day, guess who misses out – you do. I felt a bit flat, had no direction in my life…. I needed to find out what I really wanted in my life. I went to see a Colour Therapist and I realized I had an issue with self-confidence and my journey started from there and then into seeing my own Life Coach and working mainly on my mindset. I began to rediscover myself… Then along came COVID-19…. 2020 was such a strange year and affected everyone in a different way…. For the past 14 years I was a Travel Agent and the last 6 years of this owned my own Travel Agency which also specialised in South Pacific Weddings. In 2020, and as a direct result of COVID-19, I faced some VERY hard decisions including having to make my staff redundant and put my Travel Agency into hibernation.
HOWEVER, this led me on a different path and I took some time to reassess my life and direction and I believe that things do happen for a reason… I have no idea where my head would have been if I hadn’t already worked on my mindset prior to COVID with my own life coach. So based on my love for helping other people and inspired by my AMAZING Life Coach I decided to take the jump into something new and study to become a Life Coach myself. In November 2020 I launched my new Business at our local annual ‘Love and Labour Event’ where I spoke on the local business women panel.
Please like and follow my Facebook Page where I have introduced myself via ‘Facebook LIVE’s’, told more about my journey and every other day share some inspirational quotes with you. And of course I would also love the opportunity to Coach you.

What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching will be something different to every single person. But basically, its having someone impartial looking from the outside into your life to help you with areas of either personal or professional development (or both). Some examples a life coach can help you work out your priorities, set some goals, help you work through some obstacles in your way etc.You might come to a life coach to help you with just one aspect of your life that you want to improve, or you might come with lots of areas. Or you may start with just one and as you gain an ‘awareness’ this may open up other areas of your life you want to work on also. It’s like having a sports coach… you get better with practice and with the tools they give you. You wouldn’t expect to be an amazing netballer for example without some kind of coaching… You get out what you put in. As a life coach I won’t give you all the answers, but I’ll help you find them for yourself. I’ll ask you questions to get you thinking about your thoughts, feelings etc and have lots of tools and techniques to help you change the way you feel and act towards the world. I’ll help you find out what you want, help formulate a plan towards getting results but you are in the driver’s seat. I’ll support, motivate and encourage you on your journey and keep you accountable. The main role of a life coach is to help bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be!! Of course all in a confidential, non judgmental way…
